Dr. Jazzar left the Royal Saudi Air Force in 1993 as a Colonel to become a partner and the CEO of International Systems Engineering Ltd (ISE). Dr. Jazzar was an active participant in developing the Knowledge eco system in KSA through his efforts with many NGOs. He served as the chairman of the Saudi computer society, a member of the board directors of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Chairman of Riyadh Economic Forum.

Heading this major business function, he is involved in building up Bupa’s healthcare providers’ network throughout Saudi Arabia as well as outside the Kingdom, ensuring Bupa customers receive world-class medical care whenever and wherever it is needed.

He joined Bupa in 2003 as Provider Relations Regional Manager, overseeing the build-up of Bupa’s network in the Western and Eastern Regions.
