Mr. Hassan Al-Jeshi is the CEO of Malaz Capital. Prior to joining Malaz Capital, Mr. Hassan Al Jeshi held several leadership positions in reputable and leading investment institutions. Mr. Hassan was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at SNB Capital, investment arm of The Saudi National Bank, Head of Investment Banking at Samba Capital the investment arm of Samba Financial Group, and Group Head of the Corporate Finance at Alistithmar Capital investment arm of The Saudi Investment Bank.

Mr. Hassan Al Jeshi has extensive professional experience in the field of investment and capital markets locally, regionally, and internationally, where he has led through his leadership positions several landmark and important investment transactions.

Mr. Hassan Al-Jeshi holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master’s degree in Finance from The George Washington University, USA

Mr. Wahby has more than 28 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has led numerous investments and advisory engagements in several sectors throughout the MENA region, having held senior roles in leading regional investment banks and investment companies in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mr. Al-Mujalli has more than 19 years of experience in banking and financial services sector, during which he held several management positions, including 10 years in the field of compliance, anti-money laundering and terrorism financing. He was appointed as a consultant in the Legal Department at Saudi Fransi Capital in 2019. He worked with a team on the project to spin off the investment activities from Banque Saudi Fransi to establish of Fransi Tadawul Company in 2008. He also worked on the project to merge three financial companies belonging to Banque Saudi Fransi to establish Saudi Fransi Capital in 2011

Mr. Al-Zyadat has more than 25 years of experience, during which he held several managerial positions in a number of financial services companies in the field of investment and funds operations and administration services, as well as accounting and audit in Jordan, United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He cooperated with international leading service providers in several areas related to investment funds including HSBC, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Apex Fund Services and Maples Fund Services.

-Mr. Malik earned a bachelor’s of administrative sciences. He is specialized in financial and banking sciences from Yarmouk University. Jordan

Ms. Al-Sulaimani previously held senior positions in human resources and administration with several leading companies, including Olayan Finance Company and Dar Al-Arkan Company

Mr. Muralidaran has more than 15 years of experience in the field of private equity, mergers and acquisitions advisory and investment banking. Amongst his achievements are the creation of a private equity investment platform in the education sector with a value greater than SAR 1.0 billion and a SAR 1.0 billion investment platform specialized in industrial manufacturing. This is in addition to managing acquisitions and exits in other sectors including retail and healthcare. His professional career also includes experiences gained working with the international advisory firm KPMG

Mr. Ibrahim has more than 17 years of experience in investment and real estate funds management. He managed real estate funds with assets under management estimated at SAR 3 billion distributed among several types of real estate funds. These funds include REITs, income generating funds and development funds

Ms. Al Ali joined Malaz Capital in 2023, bringing with her over 21 years of expertise in wealth management. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Associate, Investor Relations Management at ARCAPITA Capital. Prior to ARCAPITA, she was the Investment Center Manager at the wealth management division of Al Rajhi Capital. She also held senior positions at AGFUND, and SAMBA. She also holds an International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management, CME-1, and CME-3 certifications. During her career, she has successfully raised approximately SAR 7.0 billion for various investments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She holds a bachelor degree of Business Administration from AOU in Riyadh.

Mr. Mohamed AL Mashjary joined Malaz Capital in 2010 with years of work experience, he is a Senior Operations Manager in the Fund Operations Department handling Funds’ day to day transactions and investor’s reporting. He previously worked in the Finance department as accountant for 9 years
